Due to the highly customized nature of our products, returns will not be accepted unless the product or the customization is defective. It is very important to proof your items when using our online product customizer. We cannot accept returns for any sizing issues, spelling errors or graphics misplacements. Once you have added your product to the online cart, you have accepted the design and returns will only be accepted for issues with the customization itself and not the contents of the customization.

To be eligible for a return on a defective product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Ezpens.ca does not accept exchanges.

Refunds

Due to the highly customized nature of our products, ezpens.com does not refund orders. We will replace defective products at our discretion.
