How do I customize my product?

The video above shows a quick example of how to use our online customizer. Here are the steps.

  • Select your desired product and quantity then click on “Customize” to open the customizer
  • Upload your logo and add text or any other elements you would like
  • If you are logged into an account, you can choose to save your design for future use
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • That’s it! Your personalized pens are in your cart and you can continue the checkout process
What kind of files can I upload?

Our online customizer allows you to upload JPG, PNG, SVG, or AI graphics files.

While the system does work well with JPG and PNG files, we highly recommend upload pure black and white vector images in either SVG or AI formats for the absolute best results. JPG and PNG files have a minimum resolution of 150dpi. Blurry, pixelated, and artifacted raster images may be rejected. Please feel free to contact us if you have any design or file format questions.

When will I get my order?

We aim to have all orders personalized and ready for shipping within 2 business days. During peak times the handling time may be increased. The delivery time on your order will vary depending on the selected shipping method at checkout.

Can I upload copyrighted or trademarked graphics for customization?

We take IP rights very seriously at EZPens. We will not engrave or print copyright or trademarked material without the express permission for the IP owner. During the upload process, you certify that you have full permission to use the uploaded images. In some cases, we may ask for proof of permission.

Do you have a design service?

Yes! We can help you get a custom design and layout onto your chosen product with your logo. We can help to vectorize and decolourize your logo. Just contact us!
